WaterWatch customers can now conveniently make payments by credit/debit card or e-check using a third party pay agent.

Payments Accepted

WaterWatch accepts Visa and MasterCard along with checking or savings account checks.

A convenience fee will be added by our pay agent to the total amount of your payment for credit card, debit card and e-check payments. You will be able to accept or decline the payment after the total amount is calculated. Once you accept the payment amount, the pay agent will provide your payment – minus the convenience fee – to WaterWatch.

Payment FAQs

Can I make a payment on a WaterWatch account that is not in my name?

Yes, as long as we have your complete credit card information, including the name on the credit card, the amount you wish to pay, and the WaterWatch resident identification number you are paying for.

Why am I charged a fee to use my credit/debit card or e-check?

Credit card providers charge fees to merchants and pay agents for the ability to accept payments. Most merchants embed this fee in the price of their product or service. WaterWatch does not include this fee in your utility rates therefore charges for such services separately.

When will my payment be posted to my account?

Your payment will be posted to your account immediately.
